Make a stunning Felted Scarf using an ancient fiber technique! In this all-day workshop, you will actually create your own material using a method that predates weaving and spinning. Instructor Rebekah DeVivo will walk you through this very tactile, hands-on process using loose wool fibers and other embellishments to form one remarkably beautiful piece. Choose from these colors:
- Blues
- Pinks
- Warm Neutrals (browns, creams, beiges)
- Cool Neutrals (white, cream, greys, blacks)
- Greens
- Purples
As an added bonus, you’ll get a workout! This process is very physical so wear comfortable old clothes (in case of exposure to dyes) and shoes. Bring a towel, pack a lunch or pickup takeout (deli and pizza place nearby). Please read our COVID Precautions & Policies before attending a class.
