The Abandoned Barn of Preston Avenue
I captured this image on a cold snowy winter day. I was always drawn to the barn for its character and symbolism of Meriden’s farming past that is now long gone.
The barn has since been demolished but the photograph can always evoke the emotions of simpler days that once were...memories of a lifestyle that once was.
“The Abandoned Barn on Preston Avenue ” is a 17x7” photo framed to 20x10” in a beautiful high quality black wood frame with a gold lip and smooth finish.
This photograph is printed and signed by Peter Wnek. It is printed traditionally on museum grade cotton rag paper using archival pigment inks and is set under glass in the frame. It does not incorporate the glazing technique like many of my other images. Pieces are custom printed and framed on demand, and will be available for pickup or to ship in two weeks. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail.
