Midnight Castle Fantasy
This photo is one of my newest! My goal was to capture an image that had the look and feel of a children’s story book. The result of my idea is an illustrative image of the castle at night with the crescent moon and starlit sky.
It is technically difficult, if not impossible, to capture the castle, star lit sky and moon in one camera exposure that is correctly balanced but by creating the optimal exposure for each element separately and then combining them you can create an image that you see and feel but cannot photograph singularly.
“Midnight Castle Fantasy” is a 12x9” photo framed to 15x12” in a beautiful high quality wood matte black frame with a pewter lip and smooth finish.
This photograph is printed and signed by Peter Wnek. Peter prepares and protects the photograph using an acrylic glaze over the image thus requiring no glass with the framing. This technique results in a painterly look to the photograph. Pieces are custom printed and framed on demand, and will be available for pickup or to ship in approximately 1 week.
