Soup2Go: A HEARTWARMING FUNDRAISER
October 5 - November 9, 2023 Now re-named "Soup2Go," * our popular yearly soup + bowl fundraiser was once again a resounding success! Organized by Board Member/Volunteer Michelle Zvonkovic, this 5-week program featured delicious soups from different area restaurants along with beautiful hand painted bowls created by Gallery 53 artists! We are deeply grateful to everyone who supported this fundraiser: the people who purchased soup, the restaurants who donated the delicious soups, the volunteers who hand painted hundreds of bowls, and the bakers who created the desserts! THANKS TO ALL OF YOU we're able to make a dent in our ongoing operating expanses . . . plus feed the hungry beast that is our oil tank through the winter! It truly is a heartwarming fundraiser! |
