PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Download and complete the Consignment Inventory Sheet* and include it when you deliver or ship your items.

* If you prefer to fill out a hard copy when you bring your items to the gallery, just ask our staff!
2. Deliver your work to Gallery 53 by October 7th (ship or in-person).
Hours for submission are Tuesday through Friday, 12:00 noon - 3:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

ELIGIBLE EXHIBITORS:
ACAM members and invited participants.
ENTRIES:
Original art and crafts will be accepted by invitation.
HOLIDAY GALLERY HOURS:
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 12 noon to 4 p.m. ~ Thursday 12 noon – 6 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m. To 4 p.m.
Sunday November 27th, December 4th, 11th, 18th , 12 noon to 3 p.m.
Closed Mondays.

Holiday Fair Submission: September 6th – October 7th ~
(Late arrivals will be considered if we have room for but will not be added to the on line holiday shop.)
Small Business Day Nov. 26th/ Yulefest Dec. 9th, 10, and 11th
Open every Thursday until 6 p.m. during the holiday season.
OBLIGATIONS:
Commission will be taken on each sale. Sales tax will be collected by the Gallery. No entry fee.

Our inventory is maintained using a bar code system. Inventory sheets are included or may be picked up at any time.
Each item must: Be recorded on the enclosed inventory sheet with an inventory number, a description and retail price. Your assistance will be required to make this process successful and accurate.
RECEIVING:
September 6th, thru October 7th, Tuesday through Friday, 12 noon-3:30 pm, Saturday, 10:00-1:00 pm.
Out-of-state artisans may ship mail prior to the above dates.
Return shipping and insurance costs must be included.

PICK UP OF HOLIDAY ORIENTED ITEMS:
Please call in January to make an appointment to pick up items. All merchandise must be inventoried before release.
