Learn the Ancient Art of Paper Quilling. This art form dates back to ancient Egypt, through the Renaissance, and came to America by way of the Pilgrims. Paper Quilling works with long strips of colored paper that are rolled on a quilling pen, and then shaped and formed to create intricate designs. We will be creating and designing a fun, seasonal pumpkin using various quilling techniques and tools. Your final piece will be framed.
A materials fee, $15, payable by either cash or check, is also due the first night of class.
This is a "Thirsty Thursday" Event, so feel free to bring your favorite beverage - and enjoy!
