Ready to build your Calligraphy skills? In this class, we’ll explore Classic Italic Chancery Cursive in depth, further refining letterforms, adding swash strokes and learning how to letter individual words, titles and long text. You’ll use your new skills to design and produce letters, cards, envelopes and frameable art. Regular practice at home is encouraged to help develop confidence and fluency with this timeless script. Students should have taken our Beginner Calligraphy Workshop or have experience with calligraphy pens and technique.
Instructor Theresa DiNicola is a life long artist with a fine arts degree from Palm Beach State College, West Palm Beach, FL. She owned her own advertising agency for 20+ years. She's also lettered 1000s of envelopes, certificates signs and more!
A $25 materials fee is payable to the instructor at the first class.
