CANCELLATION POLICY:
You are responsible for notifying Gallery 53 in writing to cancel your reservation.
Your registration fee will be refunded minus a $5 processing fee if your cancel at least 7 days before the event.
If your cancellation is received after 7 days prior to the event, we cannot refund your money. If we can fill your space, we may (at our discretion) credit you towards a future event minus the $5 processing fee.
Gallery 53 reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason and will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by participants such as travel expenses. Should an event be cancelled by Gallery 53, fees will be refunded.
Weather related cancellations are at the discretion of Gallery 53.
Decisions to cancel will be made by Gallery 53 within 24 hours of the event.
In the event of a weather-related cancellation, Gallery 53 will re-schedule the event at their earliest convenience.
Refunds are not be given for no-shows.
After you have arrived at the event, there are no refunds if you leave early.
