CLASSES & WORKSHOPS CANCELLATION POLICY
​We are committed to offering high-quality educational experiences while supporting the artists, instructors, and operations of our nonprofit organization.

​Please review our cancellation policy carefully before registering.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  
Participant Cancellations
  • Course content and teaching style may vary by instructor; refunds are not issued based on personal preference. ​

  • ​Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start of a class or workshop are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future class.
 
  • Cancellations made 3–6 days prior to the start date are eligible for a class credit only (no refunds).
 
  • Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before the start of a class or workshop are non-refundable and not eligible for credit, as materials and instructor commitments have already been secured.
 
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
 
 Instructor or Program Cancellations
  • If a class or workshop is cancelled by Gallery 53 due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class or workshop.
 
Transfers
  • Registrations are non-transferable unless approved in advance by staff.
 
Materials Fees
  • If a class includes a materials fee, that portion may be non-refundable once materials have been purchased.
 
Weather & Emergencies
  • In the event of severe weather or emergency closures, we will notify participants as soon as possible and provide options for rescheduling, credit, or refund as appropriate.
